A return to my dreams!

This is almost after a year that I am returning to my dreams. A lot has happened in the past year. I would like to present one of the commissioned art work by Mr.Choudhary. Enjoy!

Shades of Life

On Jan 10, 2012 at Renaissance Art Studio, Pune an exhibition of paintings by father and daughter artist Mr.Suresh Choudhary and Ms.Bhawana has been inagurated. These are two artist from Bhopal... Though father and daughter, the only common thing between them is art...

Mr.Choudhary who is known for his horse and his unique style of abstract art uses oil on canvas and his color scheme is mostly earthen colors.. Here you can find more bright colors for a change.. His paintings would display a world in your dreams with castles and clouds surrounded with mist... a world which makes you feel as if you are in some divine place with yourself and no one around...

Ms.Bhawana mostly paints with acrylic on canvas and her use of colors is mostly bright... Her theme normally revolves around the nature and its elements... I enjoyed her Gulmohar a lot... This painting does show the summer heat on canvas..

Time Flies...

I remember trying to make the ends meet for the two shows of Mr.Suresh Choudhary at Bharat Bhawan, Bhopal and Dhoomimal Art Centre, Delhi. Now is the time that both the exhibitions have reached there end dates..

Antas ki Anant Yatra...

Past few days have been very hectic... There have been two exhibitions of Suresh Choudhary one at Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal on its 28th Anniversary "Antas ki Anant Yatra" starting on Feb 13, 2010 till March 13, 2010, and the other was at Dhoomimal Art Centre, Delhi starting March 5, 2010 till March 17, 2010.
Looking into these exhibitions there is a lot to see... 'Antas ki Anant Yatra' titile of the exhibition at Bharat Bhavan, though is the title of Suresh Choudhary's new series of paintings but it has a lot more meaning into it... Here he has displayed paintings from his personal collection which have been very dear to his heart in combination with his new series... HIs old series here are Gas tragedy series, Wave series, Horses, Landscape, Realistic portraits, realistic landscape and abstract. There is one portrate which was done by knife. It looks so fresh that the paint still appears still wet, although this is more than 40 years old painting.
Dhoomimal Art Centre has been dealing with Suresh Choudhary's paintings since a long time now. Here he has displayed his new series and horses...
